Who is responsible

This site is run by MB „Ramune wellness academy“, company code 307619759. Send questions about personal data to info@ramuneomolo.com.

What I learn about visitors

The site has no accounts, cookies or visitor tracking. Its only form is the newsletter sign-up. I don’t receive your name, email address or any other details unless you give them to me.

If you write to me by email or WhatsApp, I receive what you send: your name, contact details and your message. I use them only to reply and, if you ask for it, to send you the newsletter. The basis is your request and your consent.

The site runs on Cloudflare. Like any server, Cloudflare briefly records technical details of each request (such as the IP address and browser type) to keep the site working and protected from attacks. I don’t use this to identify visitors.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address and, if you give it, your name are stored by MailerLite, the newsletter service I use, which also sends the emails. The basis is your consent. Every email has a link to unsubscribe.

Links to other services

Videos. The YouTube player loads only when you press “Watch the video”. From then on, Google’s privacy policy applies.
TIENS shop. The “Buy in the TIENS shop” button opens the online shop of UAB „Korporacija Tjanši“. It stores a cookie with my TIENS ID for two days, so that I’m named as your sponsor if you register. TIENS handles registration and purchases under its own privacy policy.
WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. These links open those services, and their own terms apply.

How long I keep data

I keep messages for as long as I need them to answer you. I keep newsletter subscribers’ email addresses until they unsubscribe.

Your rights
