About
Healthy living and psychology educator, lecturer

I’m Ramunė Omolo, a healthy living and psychology educator and lecturer. My work brings together an interest in people, a wish to share knowledge and respect for each person’s own experience. It matters to me that complex topics become understandable, and that people feel free to ask, to think things over and to find what is relevant to their own everyday life.
I give talks, seminars and practical sessions on healthy living, emotional wellbeing and the questions that come up at different stages of life. The topics I work with include stress, women’s hormonal changes, menopause, men’s health education, nutrition and everyday habits. I’m interested in the information itself, and also in how to talk about it clearly, responsibly and humanly.
Practical sessions are a chance to learn through experience. In the wellness smoothie workshops we meet over flavours and conversation, and in the sessions devoted to calm I invite people to pause and give some attention to themselves. I care about a setting where you can take part at your own pace, ask your question and hear different experiences.
I also lead wellness and psychoeducational sessions for pupils with disabilities. That work is a reminder of how much accessibility, sensitive communication and different ways of expressing yourself matter. I’m curious about how knowledge of healthy living, emotions and creative activity can meet in education.
My approach rests on curiosity and a responsible relationship with information. When I talk about scientific research, I try to separate its findings clearly from personal insight. When I present traditional practices or symbolic ways of getting to know yourself, I say what kind of practice it is, so you know the basis of the conversation.
This website is a place for longer articles, short notes and invitations to meet. Here you’ll find the topics I work on and information about events, practical sessions and consultations. I’d like you to be able to choose easily: read, take part, or write to me with your question.
I hold to the idea that caring for yourself is not a competition. It can begin with one question, a new understanding or a small step that we have room for today. That is why I value dialogue, respect and the chance to learn without the pressure to be perfect.
If you’re looking for a topic for a community meeting, a talk for your organisation or a practical session, please write to me. We’ll talk about the audience, what it needs and the right format. And if you’d simply like to get acquainted first, start with an article or the next event.
